All'interno di un hotel diffuso nei Sassi di Matera, in questa camera in grotta si accede dal terrazzo comune attraverso un’ampia porta finestra. E’ un alcova interamente scavata nel tufo. "Quercus" è una costruzione risalente al XIX secolo, situata nel centro storico di Alberobello, all'interno della magnifica cornice dei trulli (tipiche costruzioni locali patrimonio UNESCO).
