Beautiful traditional stone house with natural garden visited by owls & red squirrels, no direct views of beach but 5 min walk awayto Brook Bay, well known for dinosaur fossil footprints. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with double beds, 1 ensuite & one with bunk beds, There are 2 living rooms, kitchen diner, well stocked. We come here to recharge our batteries, so plenty of toys, games, books & home made damson jam. Located in picturesque village of Brook in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Rural Isle of Wight cottage with indoor pool use

Escape to the Isle of Wight countryside in this peaceful, semi-detached cottage with three bedrooms, a large garden, wood burning stove and views across open fields. Rowborough Cottage is just 300m from our family farm. Guests can enjoy access with two other cottages to farm animals, playground, games room and heated indoor pool (Feb-Oct) - perfect for families seeking a rural break. With EV charging at the farm and plenty of space to unwind, it’s an ideal base for exploring the island.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

At the base of Rowridge Valley in the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside. You will find The Piglet, a great place to stay, relax and use as a base to explore the island. A cosy building with a sunny aspect and a private garden to the rear that overlooks the neighbouring countryside. Due to its location most of the island is accessible from here within a short drive. Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

Peaceful & cosy retreat by Newtown Nature Reserve

Would you like to stay in an area of outstanding beauty? Newtown Nature Reserve, the only national nature reserve on the Island is less than 2 miles away and the unspoilt beaches of the West Wight are just a 10 minute drive. This could be your perfect escape, ideally placed for cyclists, walkers and nature lovers. Lots of lovely pubs offering great food nearby. Many countryside attractions, walk or cycle the Tennyson Trail, see dinosaur footprints and stunning coastal paths.

Bungalow with Sea Views

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway! A period Arts and Crafts bungalow with a sunny, fenced, garden overlooking Freshwater Bay. You are welcome to bring your dog and walk from the front door in every direction to enjoy the West Wight. Enjoy a short stroll down to Freshwater Bay, continue further all the way to the Needles in one direction. Step out of the back gate and onto the bridleway leading over the downs to our favourite place, Compton Bay.

Characterful Thatched Cottage

Our charming thatched cottage is a great base to explore all that the Isle of Wight has to offer. It's tranquil settling makes it the perfect place to relax, enjoy the garden, go fossil hunting at Brighstone Beach or walk the downs following in the footsteps of Tennyson (both 10 mins walk from the cottage). Situated on the South of the island in a designated area of natural beauty the village of Brighstone boasts a pub, tea shop, and a well stocked village shop.

All of your necessary amenities, such as shops and pubs are within a very pretty 10 minutes drive.

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty, guaranteed peace and quiet. The cottage is set in a courtyard of cottages that was converted from 17th Century stables. A short walk takes you to Chilton Chine Beach. Plenty of garden to play in and each cottage has its own patio. There are 2 pubs just over a mile away and the picturesque village of Brighstone is close at hand.
