A beautiful , interior decorated, 18th Century, two bedroom cottage in the charming coastal village of Brook. Pretty enclosed private garden with stream. 10 minute walk to the stunning Brook Beach and 10 minute walk to the Sun Inn Pub. Nearest shop in Brighstone, 5 minute drive. Superb cycle routes, coastal paths and down-land walks, all on the doorstep. Surfing, kite-surfing on Brook and Compton Beaches. Car parking for one car. The cottage is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). We come here to recharge our batteries, so plenty of toys, games, books & home made damson jam. Located in picturesque village of Brook in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Wendy House

The barn conversion is a bright and spacious retreat, enjoying spectacular countryside views from every window, Sunrise and sunset charm. Grants Cottage is a gorgeous, consistently 5-star-rated chocolate box thatched cottage in one of the Island's prettiest villages, and just under 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of the west Wight. There is a large and secure dog-friendly garden, an Aga, woodburner and sumptuous furnishings. Wifi, books, DVDs, Smart TV, games and well-equipped kitchen; perfect for summer or cosy winter breaks. Emma’s Hut is a light and airy self contained bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate area with catering facilities. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.

It is situated on Eades Farm, Newbridge, 9 miles from Newport and 5 miles from Yarmouth. The sea is an 8 mins drive. Beautiful country and woodland views are enjoyed from most rooms in this recently refurbished home. Original artwork and prints are featured. Enclosed garden. Ferry discounts available.

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty, guaranteed peace and quiet. The cottage is set in a courtyard of cottages that was converted from 17th Century stables. A short walk takes you to Chilton Chine Beach. Plenty of garden to play in and each cottage has its own patio. There are 2 pubs just over a mile away and the picturesque village of Brighstone is close at hand.
