Enjoy living amongst the town atmosphere

Centrally located within the charming old town , close to the shops, bars & restaurants, The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, along a pedestrian street. It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Apartamento ideal parejas. Casa histórica del Siglo XVIII restaurada en el Albaycin, en la calle más bonita de Europa, la Carrera del Darro. Es la esquina de la 2ª planta, con unas increíbles vistas a la Alhambra y a la Carrera del Darro, junto al Bañuelo y al Convento de Zafra. A estrenar. A/A, calefacción, wifi. Muy soleado. Bus y taxi hasta la misma puerta. A 2' de la Catedral, junto a Plaza Nueva y Paseo de los Tristes. C9n una ubicación de lujo. No incluye parking!!!
