Our bright and cozy studio has a private entrance w/ full stove, fridge, in-unit Washer/Dryer, AC/Heat unit and centrally located to restaurants, transportations, and freeways. NOTE - this is a studio guest house on our property and we do live in the front house. We might say hi if we see you. There is ample street parking and we will provide one permit.
