Private room private entrance, w/ Queen size bed, TV, wifi, roku, 2 1/2 blocks to beach. locums housing avl. 1 1/2 blocks to wholefoods, Panda Express, UPS, Starbucks, The boy and the bear coffee, House has washer/dryer. Free parking. Free movies (Top Gun, Elvis & more). Girls preferred (unless locums) Private Bathroom is NOT attached. No couples please. The space is too small. No Smoking! Pls note own bath is by laundry. I have a small friendly dog too.

Room in Hillside Home with Skyline Views

Guest room in my Hollywood Hills home. Private bathroom, flat screen TV, California King bed (my friends call it the W Hotel Suite). Contemporary house....the architect also designed Jackie This listing is for a guest room in my personal residence. It is not a stand alone 'entire place to yourself' apartment or condo rental. There are vacation home rentals available in the area where the entire house is listed, with rates at about $2200/night.
