The Crossing

The newly renovated two bedroom farmhouse is located less than 2 miles from the city limits of Tompkinsville, KY and 3 miles from the Tompkinsville airport. Local attractions include the Old Mulkey Meeting House, restaurants, and a short drive to Dale Hollow Lake. The Crossing was built in the late 1890’s in the shape of a cross. The original house has stunning 9 foot ceilings and beautiful fireplaces in the four original rooms. Includes new appliances, Wi-Fi and outdoor space for dining.

One, of course, overlooking the beautiful and misty Obey River. It also conveniently has a fish cleaning station for the catch of the day. Come enjoy Celina and all it has to offer!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The top Floor of our home on the Obey river overlooking Celina. Just a few miles from the Cumberland River and Dale Hollow Dam and Lake. Grocery store and places to eat within a mile. Secluded location, super cozy and peaceful. This is our second home that we are sharing with others, we are updating and renovating little by little as we can. We asked that you please treat this place well because we do live here part time. Come relax just minutes from beautiful Dale Hollow Lake in our three bedroom craftsman style family home. Located close to Horse Creek Boat Dock, and just a few miles from Standing Stone State Park. We are between the towns of Celina and Livingston, with Cookeville and the bigger town amenities 40 minutes away. Cummins Falls, Cordell Hull State Park and other natural wonders are nearby. But you may decide to just put your feet up in a comfy chair and listen to the birds sing!

Close by are many outdoor activities such as fishing the Cumberland River or canoeing/kayaking on the Roaring River, where there is a boat ramp, a swim area & playground. Just 12 miles to Cummins Falls State Park & 25 minutes to Cookeville. If you’re a history buff, make sure to visit the incredible Jackson County Archives & Veterans Hall at 104 Short St.

Stay at The Jackson House of Gamaliel. The Victorian style house was originally built in 1904 and underwent a total remodel in 2017. You will be the only guests in the house. One King bed, two Queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Kitchen with all cooking utensils, a laundry room and a large living area.
