A new summerhouse, based on the beautiful lakefront of lake Meðalfellsvatn, Iceland. Only 40 minutes drive from Reykjavik. Sleeps 6 adults, or a family of 6 people. It has all the equipment a house needs. A spacious living room, a kitchen. Two big beedrooms, and a smaller bedroom. Double beds. Two bathrooms, master bathroom with a bathtub, and a bathroom with shower. A “Mancave” on the patio outside. A hottub. We are situated in the middle of the NORTHERN LIGHTS district for the winter months.

Children’s room with cot (extra mattress possible), king-size master, half-bath plus full bath with tub, shower and deck access. Upstairs: sofa-bed landing with TV, two bedrooms with 140 cm beds, and a shower bathroom.

The kitchen and living room is in an open area - very spacious. There are 4 bedrooms and the beds arrangement can be changed perfect for family.
