The Cozy Hideaway is a beautiful freshly updated home in the heart of Moscow. Enjoy open concept living in our stylish home thoughtfully curated with guests in mind! It’s a peaceful 8 min walk to our charming downtown and all the delicious restaurants and activities. It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! After a fun-filled day craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen or grill together outdoors on the patio and relax by the fire pit.

This cool, old house is located in the heart of the historic Fort Russell district. Within 3 blocks are the 1912 Building, 2 schools, East City Park, county & city offices, library, post office, farmers market, & downtown Moscow. The U of I is just beyond, & WSU is a 15 min. drive. The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room. A large fenced yard make it kid & pet friendly too.

The Downtown: Ideal Location, Parking, Patio

The Downtown Apartment is located on the ground floor of a classic, 4-unit building built in the 1930s. Ideally located in the heart of Moscow, you are one block up from Main St, right across from the CoOp, with a designated parking spot making all downtown accessible. Visit Moscow's award-winning farmer's market on Saturdays or the downtown restaurants! The University of Idaho is less than a 1/4 mile from your front door. Come enjoy all that Moscow has to offer! Aunt Patricia's Cozy, 2 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast

I have 2 private, bedrooms, that share a roomy bathroom. It is a suite. It is not a complete house. If you wish to reserve the 2nd bedroom, it is an additional $30 per person per night. If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. Enjoy a stocked refrigerator and microwave in a nice seating area. A continental breakfast will be provided.I look forward to meeting you.
