Beachstone House | a peaceful seaside escape

A recently refurbished traditional flint cottage located in the heart of the coastal village of Blakeney. This four bedroom cottage sleeps seven & includes one single room (with an additional pull out bed for an 8th guest if required). The cottage is a few minutes walk from the quay which offers crabbing, sailing, kayaking, bird watching and more while pubs & shops are also within easy walking distance. Further afield you can explore the many North Norfolk sandy beaches and charming villages.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Newly renovated country house apartment in the beautiful North Norfolk village of Binham. Benefits from a substantial 4-poster, super king bedroom, as well as a twin bedroom and large living/dining room. Furnished with hotel standard toiletries and welcome items, this property also has the luxury of a private tennis court (no booking or payment required to use) and gardens, and is a short drive from the seaside towns of Wells and Blakeney. Binham is home to a cafe, pub and small general store.

A minutes walk from the quay, accommodation for the discerning guest looking for comfort in a tasteful, relaxing environment. The cottage has been renovated with a gorgeous contemporary feel throughout. Close to local eateries, the sea, and local wildlife, it is great for couples and families (dogs welcome). Heating and hot water are switched on. Wood for the burner is provided from October to the end of March. We also supply bath products, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Wisteria Cottage in Blakeney

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful two-bed cottage in Blakeney. Located on Blakeney High Street, the property is within easy walking distance to shops, pubs, cafes and the quay. There is plenty of free parking on the road just outside the house. Blakeney is an ideal location for enjoying the North Norfolk area, with Wells and Holkham beaches within a short drive. The National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are within a 30 minute drive.

Barn Cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside ,this property is perfectly situated for those who are hoping to escape all the stresses of daily life & enjoy a relaxing break away, full of country walks scenic bike rides & lovely meals in the quaint village pub only a 5 minute stroll away. Binham is only 2 miles away from the stunning north norfolk coast with many local attractions to visit.

Beehive Cottage, Morston

Beehive Cottage is a charming property superbly located in the popular North Norfolk coastal village of Morston. It is within easy walking distance of the wonderful Anchor Pub and the ‘Norfolk Etc’ water sports centre at Morston Quay. The majority of the trips to see the Seal colony out on Blakeney point run also from Morston Quay so it really is ideal if you plan to spend a lot of your time out on the water! *£125 refundable security deposit

Old Salt’s Barn is our lovingly renovated holiday home in Langham. With 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher & washer/dryer), log burner, and private courtyard garden, it’s the perfect cosy base. Dog-friendly and peaceful, yet minutes drive from beaches, walks, and coastal villages. This is our own family escape, and we hope it feels as welcoming for you as it does for us.

The Loft is a fabulous open plan conversion above a large double detached garage with sea views across the North Norfolk Coast. Belonging to a detached house, on a private road 150m from the quay. It has its own parking space right outside and EV charging is available upon request.
