Railway Cottage just 5 minutes walk from Holt.

Retaining bags of character with stripped wooden floors, squashy sofas and large comfortable beds, Railway Cottage is ideal for a family holiday. In the main house, a spacious hall leads to a sunny sitting room with comfy sofas, big TV and open fire. The family room stretching across the rear of the cottage is open plan and incorporates the kitchen, dining and seating areas with constant warmth from the Aga. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with king size beds and a light filled twin room.

Church Cottage - coastal, family & pet-friendly

Traditional flint cottage (not low ceilings!) - safe secure garden, very comfortable beds with White Company bedlinen, towels + bathroom accessories; family bathroom with double ended bath + drench shower, kitchen, sitting room with open fire, dining room with log burner; travel cot, high chair, bed guards, stair gates etc; utility area + snug/tv room. Games room in garage with table tennis, pool table, darts board + beach accessories. Well behaved dogs welcome for small fee. Sky TV + wifi.

Skylark - Perfect for 2. Idyllic rural retreat.

Skylark is a private, single-storey one-bedroom annexe in the grounds of our family home. Converted in Spring 2021 it offers light and airy first floor accommodation accessed via an external staircase. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Designated outdoor space. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. With breathtaking views, and a great location Skylark is the perfect retreat. REDUCED RATE WEEKS - NON-PEAK TIMES.

A one bedroom cottage converted in 2019 from the original Tap Room of an old public house. It is situated at the top end of Blakeney High Street. There is off street parking on the drive, a private gated front entrance and patio. Patio doors from the living room open to private west facing patio. The living room is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and incorporates the kitchen and breakfast bar. Double doors lead to the bedroom ( king size bed) and shower room. SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY

We are pleased to offer our brick and flint cottage situated in the popular town of Holt. The cottage believed to date to 1780 has wide oak floorboards and sash windows overlooking neighbouring other houses. The cottage is within the town centre which offers many charming shops, restaurants, galleries and coffee shops. The Stables has one bedroom (one King sized double bed) and a bathroom (with freestanding bath and separate shower) on the ground floor, a living room/ kitchen area upstairs, and a private walled garden. In the centre of Cley-next-the-Sea, it is within walking distance of the beach and other coastal villages of Blakeney, Wiveton and Salthouse.
