Front door has Ring doorbell with audio/camera. Strong wifi throughout. Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, fans, chargers.

You can enjoy sitting on the front porch sipping on your morning coffee or enjoy watching your children play in the yard. Corner lot is centrally located in Leesville with walking distance to the nearest park and a short drive to the grocery store. This relaxing, clean, 2 bedroom cottage is a perfect place to unwind while away from home. It is a new home furnished especially for Airbnb in a populated rural area. The house is furnished throughout, including a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains basic appliances, a coffee bar, and more. A grill in the back is available for those who enjoy a little outdoor cooking. A wonderful place for a relaxing getaway, or a homey place to unwind when working away from home. No pets or smoking!

Cozy Cedar Waterfront Cabin 10 on Toledo Bend

Sit back and relax in this 1 room stylish cedar cabin. Sip coffee on the covered porch and take in the beautiful sunrise from your lakefront view surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves from our kayaks, jump in the lake from our swimming platform, fish from our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Near Fort Polk on Vernon Lake Our cozy getaway sleeps up to 6 adults and is tucked away in a private area with direct lake access. Whether you’re an avid angler or simply looking to unwind with stunning sunsets, this is the perfect spot. Enjoy your own private dock and concrete boat ramp—ideal for boating or kayaking. We provide two kayaks and fishing gear so you can hit the water as soon as you arrive. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen.

It’s like being home with an artistic flare. L’Artiste ( French for The Artist) is decorated with original paintings, design by the owners. Each room in the house is uniquely embellished with hand crafted accents. The house has been tastefully renovated to welcome guests for a few nights, a week or a longer stay. The house is located close to the Leesville Art Park, 5 minutes from Byrd Regional Hospital, and a short drive to Fort Johnson.

The Maggie is a cozy, newly renovated downtown Leesville home, perfect for families. It has 2 bedrooms with a king bed and two twins, plus a queen pull-out couch. Walking distance to courthouse and post office. Renters must be 21+. Great for week or month stays! Comfortable, convenient, and welcoming!
