Contemporary Light Filled Apartment Close to the City Centre

Walk home along the Union Canal and then kick back on the sofa after a day exploring Edinburgh. This bright flat boasts an open concept with a white palette enhanced with pops of bright colour. It benefits from underground parking. The apartment is situated in a modern development in Shandon to the west of the City Centre. Within the flat there is one bedroom with a king sized bed with high quality linens and plenty of wardrobe space. A spacious hall leads into a bright open plan living room/kitchen with a large sofa, coffee table, TV, and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with overhead rainforest shower as well as a handheld shower head. Toiletries and towels are provided. Within the development there is a shared garden and underground parking where you will have one allocated parking space with key fob. There is also secure bike storage available. BT TV Wifi Underground Parking I will do my best to meet every guest on arrival but if this is not possible I have a key safe installed for flexibility. I live in Edinburgh with my girlfriend and therefore one of us will always be around should you need any assistance. The apartment is in Shandon, a residential district to the west of Edinburgh city centre. It’s next to Harrison Park and the Union Canal. There are good transport links to the centre and the airport. The bus stop is located a minute walk from the flat, from which there are regular buses to the city centre (10 mins) or to the airport (45 mins), if you are driving or getting a taxi to the airport then should only take around 20 mins depending on traffic. A taxi into town would take around 5-10 mins or it is a 30 minute walk.

Gorgeous Quiet Garden Apartment, Sleeps 4

Gorgeous well kept quiet and bright flat in a traditional ground floor Edinburgh apartment with doors out onto a pretty back garden. Only 15 mins walk from Haymarket Station The garden backs onto the Edinburgh canal and it's only a 30 mins walk into the centre of Edinburgh. There are also many buses that pass close by, connecting you to old/new town Edinburgh. Lovely shops, cafes and pubs are all within a few minutes walk. A great place from which to explore the city and the Edinburgh Festival!

Bright, welcoming flat with stunning views provides luxury accommodation in an ideal location. The interior is new and modern and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The flat is on the second floor and consists of two large bedrooms, an open plan living room and kitchen. Freestanding bath in master bedroom and family bathroom with shower. It’s a bright sunny apartment with good quality furnishings, original artwork and thoughtfully decorated making it a comfortable home. Our homely & spacious first floor flat is in a traditional Edinburgh tenement, with lots of period features, as well as a modern bathroom and central heating. Well equipped kitchen and fast WIFI make it perfect for those working from home. We're located on a quiet street in the heart of Bruntsfield with easy access to the city centre on foot or by bus and close to the Meadows. The modern space provides a contemporary and relaxing home for visitors with excellent access to bus and tram routes, city centre attractions, cafes, bars and restaurants. The Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Princess Street Gardens, the Grand Canal and Edinburgh International Convention Centre are all within walking distance and there is an array of local amenities in the immediate vicinity.

Situated in the Shandon area of Edinburgh, it’s a quiet top floor flat directly beside a large park. Easy access to the city centre, just a 25-minute walk along the canal, leading straight to the meadows and castle. Alternatively, multiple bus routes nearby and the airport is just 20 minutes by taxi. Free parking available at the weekends, 10 pound per day during the week.

Spacious and lovely flat in central location, at the heart of Gorgie. 10 minutes to Haymarket Station by bus, 18 minutes to Prince's Street. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops close-by. Direct buses from both Waverley Train Station, with plenty of buses to all major tourist interests, Top floor flat in a traditional Victorian terrace (no lift). A cosy home with lovely and colourful decor, the flat comfortably accommodates four people with a double bed and one sofa bed.
