Welcome to Lavender Lodge! Our 1-bedroom apartment, with a sofa bed, sleeps up to 4 guests. Nestled in a quiet location with open fields and deer. We’re dog-friendly, so bring your furry friend along. Enjoy full access to our heated above-ground pool in the summer and sunset hot tub. The lodge offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more for your entertainment. The owners live on-site and are happy to assist if needed. The Granary is a cosy retreat within the grounds of our Mill House. Contemporary kitchen facilities: mini oven, microwave. Heating; electric radiators and underfloor heating in bathroom. Entry is via our property with off street parking. Sorry no pets and not suitable for small children. Max occupancy 2 people.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The historic city of Norwich is 20 mins by car; the Norfolk Broads 30 mins; the coast due East is 45 mins (70mins North Norfolk). There is a well equipped kitchen diner; living room; downstairs WC; 3 comfortable bedrooms & bathroom. Enclosed rear garden with furniture & BBQ. There is a playground & pub within walking distance.

Welcome to our beautiful oak framed annex in the garden of our cottage, looking over fields at the front and onto the garden at the rear. It is a large, comfortable , light filled space with quality furnishings and original art throughout. I am an artist and have a studio in the garden that you are welcome to visit. There is a large garden with pleached trees and cottage garden style planting . We are tucked away down a quiet no-through road in the heart of the village.
