I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

Our basement getaway is located 10 minutes to SnowBasin ski resort, 15 minutes to Pineview reservoir to enjoy lots of outdoor recreation. Also, enjoy playing ping pong, relaxing in the massage chair, or just chill on the couch to watch a movie.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
