Welcome to our family’s happy place—just 12 mins from Snowbasin! With 6 beds, 6.5 en suite baths, a chef’s kitchen, and a kid-ready media room (w/ climbing structure), it’s perfect for 2–3 families. This is our 2nd home, not just a rental, and we’ve stocked it with everything we wish we had when traveling. It’s cozy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches—perfect for cooking big meals, watching movies, or just relaxing under the mountain sky. We have babysitter recommendations upon request!

It’s situated on the shores of Pineview Lake for summer fun and just a 10 min drive to SnowBasin or 20 min to Powder Mountain for skiing, mountain biking or hiking. Mountain Valley Retreat is great for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy year-round sports. After a full day of skiing, biking, golfing, or hiking, enjoy the community hot tub (open) or pool (open through 22nd September). The one-bedroom unit is located on the ground floor, offering mountain views. Wi-Fi, DirecTV, and Blu-ray are available. There is plenty of uncovered parking. Nearby Ogden city boasts the third-best Main Street in America (historic 25th Street)!
