This house is uniquely located in the heart of Atlantic Beach on the canal with a dock and boat lift (10,000 LB). All renters will need to sign the dock use rider and comply with all rules. We are on a quiet street with friendly and mostly seasonal neighbors, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close enough to walk to several restaurants and shopping.
