The shopping Village of Moonah is just 4mins drive. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and spacious well appointed kitchen. , coffee pods and a mini cooking pantry. This 2 bedroom/2 story townhouse is equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It is a short walk (5 minutes) from numerous cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket. Public transport is conveniently situated on the main road (also a 5-minute walk away). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom is new and has a heated tiled floor.

A 5 minute walk to the New Town shopping centre with all conveniences. Bus stop to/from city around the corner. A short taxi or bus ride to the city. We do have wifi. off street parking is available within the premises

Artists Studio Apartment

Welcome to our self contained apartment in the heart of Moonah just 5km to Hobart CBD and a 10 minute drive to Mona. We are opposite the cycle track that will take you directly into town. We have converted a commercial warehouse and offices into award winning visitor accommodation, our residence and studios plus a warehouse gallery space. The renovation was completed in April 2023.
