You get the whole house & property to yourself. The hot tub is a perfect spot for Stargazing on a clear night !! We have deer and turkeys that visit frequently. A newly built master bedroom overlooks the pond! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

My place is close to Montrose, a quaint historical town nestled in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pa. Private Lake house on Lake ChrisAnn. Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
