We are close to many adventures including the Black Canyon National Park, Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride. Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, shops, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment.

The Sky Casita Suite Peaceful Country Views

✨ Enjoy a relaxing stay in our upstairs Casita apartment, complete with a private entrance that leads to a cozy BBQ patio. This clean and comfortable retreat offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming living area with a queen-size sofa bed, for extra guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious California king bed with fresh white linens for a restful night’s sleep. (Please note: the master bedroom does not have a door. May be important if you are seeking complete privacy.)

The apartment is part of a 90 acre fruit and veggie farm in beautiful Hotchkiss. The space is adjacent to our commercial kitchen, which is used to make jam, pickles etc. from the farms produce. There are two bedrooms, an open living/dining space, and a bathroom with a shower. The views of the mountains are outstanding from the large windows, and we are conveniently located on Highway 92. Lots of space to take walks and see farm life in action! Aspen and Telluride are both about 2 hours by car.

Attached to our 100+ year old house, this upstairs unit features a sunny deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress in the other, as well as a full-size sofa bed in the living room. With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful meadow retreat. This contemporary, ground floor, studio apartment is equiped with all the basics. A comfy queen bed and an Italian Leather Loveseat make relaxing in front of the TV enjoyable. The micro kithcen includes coffee maker, electric kettle, multi-purpose oven, microwave and mini fridge. Located seven miles east of Delta, Colorado on the Cory Bench, we invite you to stay in our ground floor, country-style apartment. This duplex-style 'Mother-in-Law' attached ADU, this one bedroom, 3/4 bath (no bathtub) has a full kitchen and large master bedroom. This warm and inviting home is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all Western Colorado has to offer. We are 30 minutes from the Montrose Regional Airport

This 4 bedroom, 4 bath penthouse is located on Main Street in Montrose. Includes a magnificent kitchen and state of the art theater room. There is a pool table and plenty of room to entertain family and friends. Located on Main St. the penthouse is close to everything. On street lighted parking and lots of shopping and dining within walking distance.
