Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

My flat is a quiet and clean place, you'll enjoy being very close from....well almost any nice place of Paris! 5 mn walking from Sacré Cœur, Pigalles, Abbesses, ... 15mn by bus from main Train Stations (Gard du Nord, Gare de l'Est) 30 mn from Gare Montparnasse
