Appartement fonctionnel dans maison de village à 5mn à pied du lac Leman. Arrivées et départs des bateaux. A 2mn à pied de la gare. Parking de la gare payant 0.50 chf/heure ou 5 chf/jour de 7h à 20h tous ĺes jours. Autre parking disponible de 7h à 20h avec disque bleu pour 3h, jours ouvrables. Visites et activités aux alentours. Accès GR5 dans le village. Appartement non fumeur (petit espace extérieur) Animaux non acceptés (cause allergies) Accès par escalier d'une quinzaine de marches.

On the ground floor of the building you’ll find the restaurant Le Contretemps. There’re 2 ping-pong tables in the yard and a tennis club nearby. Your kids will enjoy a large playground in the front of the building. We can get you rackets for badminton or table tennis on request. No private parking. No pets allowed.

Lakefront Villa - Lake Geneva

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

Cozy vacation home in Villeneuve

La Grappe is a home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Villeneuve. It's a 5 minute walk away from the Lake of Geneva, a short walk to the train station (10 minutes) and nestled between the mountains and the lake. A great place to stay as a hub to visit the rest of Switzerland, or simply to rest and relax. This property is unfortunately not suitable for young children and infants. No pets allowed.
