Appartement dans maison de village à 5mn à pied du lac Leman. Arrivées et départs des bateaux. A 2mn à pied de la gare. Parking gare Easypark payant 0.50 chf/h ou 5 chf/j de 7h à 20h tous ĺes jours. Autres parkings de 7h à 20h disque bleu pour 3h, jours ouvrables. Visites, activités aux alentours. GR5, commerces dans le village. Appartement non fumeur, petit espace extérieur Animaux non acceptés. Accès par escalier d'une quinzaine de marches. Hauteur porte entrée et autres à l'intérieur à 1m85.

Lakefront Villa - Lake Geneva

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

Mountain flat for 4-5, beautiful view

You could nearly jump from the flat to join the ski lessons! Flat for 4 persons , at the first floor with lift. A balcony looking at East, the sunrise , for the living-room and its kitchenette. There is a room with bunk beds , and a complete bathroom. Canopy in the living. Washmachines in the building ; ski dressing , parking. Shops and restaurants in the village, post office. The flat is no smoking but you can smoke in the balcony.

Cozy vacation home in Villeneuve

La Grappe is a home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Villeneuve. It's a 5 minute walk away from the Lake of Geneva, a short walk to the train station (10 minutes) and nestled between the mountains and the lake. A great place to stay as a hub to visit the rest of Switzerland, or simply to rest and relax. This property is unfortunately not suitable for young children and infants. No pets allowed.
