Wantabe Ranch, settle in for a peaceful evening

This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Welcome Snow birds and Europeans .

Spend the day on beautiful Lake Conroe, bring your boat/ jet ski and launch down the road at the marina. Short drive to Sam Houston national forest to enjoy nature and hiking

Bask in nature with a large deck, hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower and a 1 acre stocked pond. Bernhardt Winery is less than 1.5 miles away and the Renaissance festival is under 10 miles away. Our guest can use the whole pasture and woods area as well have access to the fishing pond w/ kayak.

High speed fiber optic internet is included with stay, along with every basic necessity you need for a comfortable stay!

The studio has a queen bed, wardrobe, living area, tv and WiFi. It has a kitchenette with a dining table for 2, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a nice marble shower. There is an outdoor seating area for down time and relax. While we live on the property, you have your own privacy, but if you need us we are close by.
