Clean and Cozy - Newly renovated 2BR/2BA house!

Newly renovated in 2022! With two bedrooms and two full baths, there's ample room to accommodate a family of four comfortably. Plus, it has all the amenities necessary to be an enjoyable long-term rental. NO SMOKING! Located less than 2 miles to Gunter AFB and 7 miles to Maxwell AFB, it's the perfect location for military families on TDY. Publix, CVS pharmacy, restaurants, and gas stations are located within 3 blocks. Also, it is only a ten-minute drive to historic downtown Montgomery!

The whole crew will enjoy Capitol Heights Haven, a spacious 3 bed 2 bath home located minutes from all there is to do in Montgomery- Downtown, Riverfront, Colleges and Universities, Museums, Zoo, and the list goes on. With 1,950 square feet, a living room AND a family room, 3 spacious bedrooms including a queen bedroom / attached office, king bedroom, bedroom with 2 full beds and a sun porch, there is plenty of room for the ENTIRE family! The F. Scott Suite

This historic home houses the only museum dedicated to Scott & Zelda Fitzgerald. The Fitzgeralds lived here from 1931 until 1932, writing portions of their respective novels, "Save Me The Waltz" and "Tender Is The Night". The downstairs now houses the Fitzgerald Museum, and the upstairs is now home to two separate suites. As we are a historic home, there are some limitations on modernizing the home with contemporary amenities. If you require those, this may not be the suite for you.

Welcome to Tandy! This charming garden home is centrally located. This property features 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 features a Queen Bed with a full bath located right next to it. Bedroom #2 features an ensuite with a King bed and direct access to the patio outside. The living room features a 55' smart Tv, plush sectional couch that comfortably seats 6. The dining room host 6 with a fully updated kitchen with W/D. This home also features a fully fenced backyard. Unique find!
