Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral und hervorragend geeignet sowohl für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca etc. mit Pkw oder Bahn als auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Leider sind die beiden vorhandenen Balkone sehr klein, aber um am Abend einen guten Wein zu genießen war es ausreichend. Von unserer Seite aus können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Gegend um Carrara verbringen wollen, wäre die Wohnung von Sonia mit Sicherheit unser Favorit.

Appartamento assolutamente come da annuncio, posizione comoda e silenziosa, a due passi dalla spiaggia, e anche comodo per muoversi col treno. Alessandro stato disponibile e accurato nel fornire info. Se torneremo in zona, chiederemo di nuovo alloggio Cavi Beach Home😊

Antonella went out of her way at every turn to make our stay as wonderful as it was. She is kind, warm and caring. The place as everyone has said is a dream come true. And it was a huge bonus that Antonella lives next store as she was unobtrusively proactively helpful. And there if needed. It was especially important to us that she cares about the environment and is into sustainability as we are. She is mature but forward looking and youthful in so many ways. We thanked her privately and here again publicly. Both Antonella and her place are deserving of it. Le Cinque Terre is legendary for good reason. So is this home.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of five. The apartment has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and there are two terraces to soak in the view. The apartment is a short walk from the Monterosso train station. However, it does require climbing steps. We have young kids (youngest being 7) and they all did fine. However, I can see the walk to the apartment being difficult for those who may have limited mobility. We hope to come back to Cinque Terre and would stay here again.

Ottima esperienza! Alloggio in pieno centro e comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione centrale. Appartemento pulito e moderno, ci siamo trovati estremamente bene!

Grazioso appartamento in posizione comodissima e tranquilla per spostarsi a piedi verso Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure e Portofino. Pulito, arredato in modo semplice ma con tutti i confort necessari al soggiorno. Comunicazione e indicazioni per raggiungerlo davvero gentili e precise. Ottima scelta per evitare la confusione, traffico e affollamento del ponte del 1 maggio. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato e anche il parcheggio pubblico proprio di fronte. Molto carina e vicinissima anche la spiaggia del piccolo centro San Michele di Pagana. Consigliato per coppie e famiglie con 1 bambino, i letti e lo spazio e sono forse un po’ piccoli per ospitare più persone. Mi sento davvero di consigliare l’appartamento.

We had an amazing stay at Graziano’s apartment. It was spacious, full of light and very clean. We were received by his son Paolo who was very courteous and polite. we would definitely come back to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone..

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, sympathiques, qui parlent parfaitement français ! Ils ont été de bons conseils pour nos visites et les restaurants. Appartement idéalement placé pour accéder à la plage , au train, au bateau et au petit centre ville. La location du garage est très pratique pour le stationnement. En résumé Séjour au top. Location à recommander +++

Noi eravamo espositori del mercato antiquariato alla Banchina di Sant Erasmo , abbiamo parcheggiato l auto giù e poi ci siamo mossi a piedi per raggiungere l appartamento, che si trova nei pressi della Chiesa di San Siro , è stato molto comodo ed abbiamo approfittato di fare due passi a piedi in modo tale che abbiamo potuto vedere il centro di Santa con tutti i suoi bellissimi negozi . Ma la cosa fondamentale è che nell appartamento ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a nostro agio come a casa ! È fornito di tutto non manca nulla ! Si può cenare o pranzare in casa senza problemi ma comunque In zona ci sono un paio di ristorantini deliziosi . L appartamento è 3 piano con ascensore, super silenzioso , delizioso il terrazzino! Grazie Giovanna per la tua gentilezza e disponibilità.

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable à Ricco di Golfo. Le logement est cosy et très mignon, et l'hôtesse très accueillante et aimable. La Spezia est à 10 minutes et Pise n'est pas loin. Nous recommandons le logement !

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

Appartamento centrale, tutto corrisponde a foto e descrizione. Abbiamo apprezzato la fornitura di una bottiglia di acqua fresca, stanza ampia e pulita completa di asciugamani e lenzuola. Michele è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito un lettino da campeggio per un bambino di 7 mesi compreso nel prezzo. Risposte veloci e disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. super consigliato!

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était vraiment très agréable. Proche de la gare pour les cinque terre, l'emplacement est idéal !

Siamo stati 2 giorni presso il appartamento di Tamara. Fin da subito lei si è dimostrata molto gentile e ospitale. 10 min di camminata eravamo sulla spiaggia. L’appartamento era squisito, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Consiglio assolutamente a tutti che vogliono passare qualche giorno a Rapallo.

L'appartement est très bien placé : parking gratuit pour la voiture en bas de l'immeuble. Le quartier est très tranquille ainsi que la vie dans l'immeuble. Il y a aussi le bus qui conduit soit à la Spezia, soit à Portovenere. Le logement est très confortable, pratique, propre. Le placement proche de la ville La Spezia permet d'accéder à la gare centrale pour visiter les Cinque Terre. La ville historique est très sympa. Le contact avec l'hôte Antonio est particulièrement chaleureux. Il nous a très bien conseillés durant tout notre séjour quand nous avions besoin d'aide. C'est une adresse que nous conseillons vivement et nous remercions Antonio pour toute sa gentillesse.

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

L’appartement de Paolo est situé sur les hauteurs de Rapallo: le chemin pour y accéder en voiture est pentu mais une fois trouvé la localisation est parfaite avec une jolie vue sur la mer et un parking fermé. Il y a également un petit chemin piéton principalement composé de marches afin d’accéder plus rapidement à la plage ainsi qu’à la balade du front de mer qui relie au centre-ville (ça monte mais nous avons pu le faire avec deux enfants en bas-âge). L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est encore plus joli que sur les photos! La piscine dans la résidence est grande et très agréable. Nous recommandons ce lieu!

Fijne plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Mooie heuvel achtige omgeving. Dorpje Pietresantra verrassend leuk! Bedden een beetje zachter dan wij zelf fijn vinden en de aanrijd route met een lage auto was uitdagend, maar verder een fijn appartement!! Fijne communicatie met Fulvia.

Wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in der Casa Turchetti waren großartig! Der Ort ist eine Reise wert, um ein paar Tage Entspannung und Ruhe zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

Un grand merci à Miriam et Andréa ! ils sont formidables ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans leur nid douillet ! Tellement envie de revenir ☺️
