This is a very nice property (100 m2) on the country with PRIVATE POOL(from 15 /04) AND GARDEN. At the property lives only the family (3 people).The position enables to visit all the wonderful Tuscany as you can reach Florence (35 min) Siena (1 hour) Pisa, Lucca and you can also reach the sandy beaches of Tuscany in 50 minuts. The property is surrounded by olive trees and a panoramic garden where there is the pool only for the guests. At the property there are 2 dogs in a cage and a nice cat

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
