Little house of 40 sqm brand new and welcoming, with breathtaking views, 3 km from the center of the beautiful Amalfi, in a scenic area called Lone. The ideal place for those wishing to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying, from home, a panorama hard to imagine ... a real postcard. The house, located on the Amalfi Coast, it is only a few km from the main tourist centers and neighboring resorts (Positano, Ravello, Maiori, Minori, Sorrento, Salerno). The area is well served by Lone frequent buses every 45 minutes to the historic center of Amalfi employing just 10 minutes. The nearest beach is 1.5 km away from the apartment and can be reached by bus as well as through a long flight of stairs (about 800). The apartment is furnished in a modern and comfortable living room with a sofa bed (which if necessary can accommodate a third person), dining table and tv, WiFi connection, exit to the terrace (with table and chairs) from which you can enjoy an enviable view, 1 double bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower room. There is the possibility to park the car in the immediate vicinity of the residence, for a cost of approximately € 40 - 50 per day, at another accommodation facility that has a large paid parking very close to the apartment. As regards public mobility, only 30 meters from the apartment there is the stop for the bus with which you can easily reach the center of Amalfi and its beaches and 10 minutes 'walk from' apartment there is a well stocked supermarket. We are waiting for a dream holiday.... - Tourist attractions - The Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini. For the splendid Amalfi Cathedral and the Museum annex, the Cloister of Paradise, the Salone Morelli, the old paper mills and the Paper Museum. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia. At the exit, there is a straight road about 1-2 Km Follow left in the direction of Gragnano - Agerola. After about 3 km there is a tunnel through the tunnel and turn right in the direction of Gragnano - Agerola. After 500 meters turn right again. Then follow the directions for PIMONTE-Agerola-Amalfi. You will go first in the country to PIMONTE, then Agerola and then Furore and then Conca dei Marini. After one kilometer from the center of Conca dei Marini is a crossroads between Amalfi and Pogerola. This is the meeting point with us that we will take you home.
