Appartamento con aria condizionata ovunque, molto luminoso, confortevole, spazioso, super accessoriato, arredato con charme e particolare ricerca dei dettagli. E' situato in una zona strategica, molto ben servita da negozi, caffè-pasticcerie, ristoranti, noleggi biciclette,...E' un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutte le meraviglie di Lucca.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
