Another great stay at Logan's. The beach is only a few steps away and the Salt Marsh Reserve right across the street. One of my favorite things to do is either an early morning walk on the beach, or just stay in with an early morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise light up the hills. Coming to Logan's feels like a welcome home. I've been coming for several years and intend to continue.

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment on the sand exactly as described. It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway exploring from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara. Alli was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

We had a wonderful weekend in SB. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the deck was just what we needed! The place was large with quick access to the beach. We will be returning for sure!

The apartment was great & the view was amazing.

This is a gorgeous apartment. The views are stunning and unobstructed. The home is very well taken care of and has everything you could possibly need. I loved the high quality sheets, towels and items in the kitchen. It is also in a very quiet complex. I slept so well listening to the sounds of the waves outside. They also have a free EV charger if you’re driving. I thought that was a nice touch. Finally, it’s walking distance to the beach, my favorite restaurant on the beach (Shoreline Cafe), my favorite restaurant in the harbor (Brophies), and you can walk along the beach for miles right outside the apartment. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Paradise Retreats!

We LOVED having our Thanksgiving weekend at The Shoals Corner! The unit is charming, very comfortable, with a pull-out couch/bed conversion in the living room that gives a great view of the ocean (and sunsets!). From there, we could see a pod of dolphins feeding for quite a while one morning! We brought a crockpot and fixings from home, and made our turkey breast in the cozy kitchen for our holiday meal. The kitchen is really well stocked for up to four people. There's lots to do in central Ventura, so we worked out at a gym a couple of times, shopped for food and beverage extras next door to the gym, and drove around to look at neighborhoods. We also played miniature golf another day and thought about going to a movie...but the beach vibe, fresh air, and sunshine were so satisfying that we avoided indoor activities. We're already talking about going back next year. THANK YOU, MARY, for your hospitality and the opportunity for us to have a wonderful vacation!!

Jayne's place was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. She was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. I would recommend this property as well as her hosting to anyone. One particular thing worth mentioning is how well stoked her place was with useful amenities for the beach and the home. We brought more than we needed because she's stocked the house so well. Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

This beach house is fantastic. It was perfect for our family of 5. Every morning and evening, we fired up the fire pit on the deck. It was such a treat to get cozy and listen to the waves while we read our books. I look forward to coming back in the future.

This house has a certain charm. There are many custom features such as stained glass doors and stained glass on windows, soaring ceilings, and skylights. The wood finishes in the kitchen and bath are very different. The colors were soothing. We enjoyed the decks during our stay. In the morning, the sunrise seen from the living room deck was glorious. The rooftop deck was fun. All in all, it was a unique stay and atmosphere. I must note that it is a VERY short walk to Mesa Lane Steps and the Douglas Family Preserve. Beach access from the steps is well worth the walk! We visited Goleta Beach Recreational Pier and the surrounding beach, with easy public access. FUN, FUN, FUN.

The Boatel was such a fun place to celebrate our 37th anniversary. The Greek at the Harbor was right near it and many yummy restaurants! Thank you for a great time.

We had a great stay at this penthouse in Ventura. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the rooftop offered stunning ocean views. Everything was well-maintained, and we had no issues. There’s a restaurant down the street in the hotel—it’s still a solid option for lunch or dinner, though it’s not as great as it used to be. Our host, Sam, was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Overall, a fantastic stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Ideal location, beautiful garden with a fresh lemon tree and beautiful flowers. Nice house design and decor - plenty of space and great layout. Everything worked as expected. Perfectly clean. We enjoyed our visit so much that we extended the visit. Amazing host. Responded within seconds with helpful support. So much better than a hotel! Easy check in and out.

This place is one to go back to. The home is beautiful, the view and location are awesome. The accessibility to the beach is so fun. Our family had an amazing time here. It had everything we needed to enjoy the house and ourselves. I highly recommend it.

Staying at Rachel's Beach Condo is consistently an incredible, inspiring "home away from home" experience... The place could not be more perfect (there's always personal touches and new stuff in the kitchen that makes me say "I have to get one of those!") and the location (right on a gorgeous beach and walkable to everything in town, plus a sweet playground for kids) can't be beat. Plus, Rachel is like family (in only the good ways!). So looking forward to our next visit to Carp! (As long as we can snag a week on the very busy condo calendar.)

Arrived was able to enjoy listening to the waves crash on the beach. Great view and excellent location. Can’t wait to book again. There is an elevator onsite. There is private parking. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom was clean and well stocked. I would recommend staying. We arrived to visit UCSB and this was just a few minutes from Santa Barbara! The best part it was super quiet with everything you need within walking distance.

My husband and I loved staying in this Condo on Carpinteria‘s pristine quiet beach! It is everything that it says it is and what was particularly amazing was Spencer’s Thoughtful and thorough itineraries that walks you through everything. You could see the ocean from the bedroom and it felt like you were right on the beach in the living room. You go down three flights of stairs, and there is the Beach. I am disabled, and I ran into the property manager who lives on site and she was so warm and compassionate. She saw that I was in distress and she just took me by the hand and went all the way up to the condo with me and then came back out and walk me back out to my car into my husband’s hands with the remote that we needed to enter the parking area. She showed us and actually helped us with the luggage cart which is above and beyond. Spencer Has many beautiful properties in this area, and I think I would always trust his listings to be well managed and accurate.

Spencer’s condo in downtown Santa Barbara was perfect. Very comfortable and in a great location. Shame we couldn’t stay longer!

This home was a great location to everything. Beach literally on your doorsteps. Not to mention kids toys to make life easier at the beach. Only hiccup we had was that the hot water was not working but that was resolved within an appropriate time frame! Very clean, safe, and recommended!

This was a great spot for our Spring Break. 4 of us were very comfortable in the condo. BYO beach towels, there are a few beach items in the closet. We made some meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed. The view is incredible. Very close to the downtown shops & restaurants. We loved this town and we would stay here again.
