Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Spotlessly clean, lovely furnishings and outdoor seating. The perfect location in Santa Barbara, easy to walk downtown and to the beach. Would highly recommend, the bottle of fizz on arrival was also a much appreciated treat!

Beautiful Remodeled Condo With Patio Near W. Beach

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

We had a lovely stay here. We loved the high ceiling and lightness and airiness of this place, but especially the balcony overlooking the trees and Honda Park. My favourite part of the day was drinking my tea first thing in the morning on the balcony and watching the birds in the trees. The beds and generously sized sectional sofa were exceptionally comfortable so we slept very well and felt right at home. Our host Maddie had to be the most responsive of any airbnb place we've ever stayed in. She always responded to us almost immediately in a very positive manner. The adult only pool was right outside our door which we made daily use of; I believe there is another pool for families. That being said, this is a very quiet neighbourhood, and while we enjoy quiet, we almost felt as if we had to tiptoe around the place so as not to disturb anyone. We would certainly book again, but would not recommend for anyone with noisy children.

Amazing stay. It's better than expected on every front. You're right on the sandy beaches. The beach here is very local and so it's not crowded and super beautiful and clean. It's perfect for families. Quiet neighborhood, cute, and safe. Parking was easy, laundry was easy and the space is well kept and clean. we enjoyed everything here. Dom's seafood a short walk away is delicious. Guicho Italian takeout was amazing too. It's a short drive to Santa Barbara downtown where Loquitas was delicious as well as Goat Tree coffee. Thanks for the stay.

Heathers place was so lovely. Heather is quick to respond to questions and is super helpful with local recommendations. The house itself is super clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable. Could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful property and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We had easy access to the beach and downtown Santa Barbara, both within walking distance. The property management was proactive and made sure to reach out prior to our arrival and checked in to make we had everything we needed after arrival as well. This is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking to have a delightful Santa Barbara experience.

Beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and full of charm — it was just right for our family of three. The space had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the bathroom included nice shampoo and conditioner, which was a thoughtful touch. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and there was even an air mattress for our 4-year-old, which worked out perfectly. The location couldn’t have been better for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Lara's place is great. It is all set with all that you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are very private, and both have their own bathroom very near. The best part is the location. You can easily walk all the way to the top of the "plaza portion" of State Street in 30 minutes, and even closer are lots of restaurants and bars. Then, in the other direction is the beach, pier, and marina. We never moved our car while we were visiting. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away, so easy access to all that you need for a great stay.

Can't beat the location and price of this condo. It was a less than 5 minute drive from the beach and the perfect spot to be in the action but also have a quiet night in, if needed. Stephanie was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was very attentive and was sure to help us with any questions, not that help was needed at all. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and there was plenty of space for us and our large dog. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient to walking trails shops and the beach. Amtrak is a few blocks away for easy trips to Santa Barbara. I would definitely recommend Melinda’s condo in Carpinteria for a great beach vacation.

Pam & Paul are excellent hosts. Their property included everything imaginable. We were so pleasantly surprised by all the little extras. The beds were clean & comfortable. Parking was plentiful & secure. The location is fantastic - so close to the beach & great little restaurants.

Jennifer and Tommy could not have been more gracious or kind. The room is comfortable and everything was very clean. The location is walkable and Carpinteria is fabulous. To top it off, they have the more adorable little sweet dog! One of my favorite AirBnB experiences ever! I look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our week stay at Frank's place. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! Easy access to the beach and walkable to many great restaurants. We walked to the nearby Amtrak train station to take a quick 15 minute ride to Santa Barbara. Frank provides beach chairs, umbrella, table, cooler, ect for a relaxing day at the beach. Frank was a great host.
