In macchina 10 min. dall'aeroporto internazionale di Bologna, 5 minuti dall'Unipol Arena e 15 min. dalla stazione e dal centro storico. Il supermercato più vicino è a 150 m dalla porta di casa. Siamo a 5 minuti di cammino dalla suburbana che ci connette con la stazione di bologna in 20 min.
