Il nostro alloggio si trova nel centro storico dell'isola, vicinissimo alla suggestiva Piazza di Marina Corta e 200mt dal Corso Vittorio Emanuele, la prestigiosa via principale dell'Isola con i numerosi locali, bar, negozi e movida notturna. L'appartamento è situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggetta di Porto delle Genti ed a 800mt circa dal Terminal degli aliscafi/navi. L'alloggio piace per la cucina ed interni moderni, insieme ad il confort per coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici fino a 3 persone

Grazioso bilocale su due piani , si trova in un caratteristico vicolo del centro storico di Lipari ed è composto, a piano terra cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, bagno con doccia, pouf poltrona letto, tavolo e ventilatore mentre al primo piano si trova la camera climatizzata con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, bagno con finestra e lavandino senza doccia, un balcone dove è possibile stendere la biancheria. La scala per salire al primo piano è in comune con l'appartamento al secondo piano.

The house is located in the area called 'Cappero'. The house was originally built in 1900 and was refurbished in 2012. It is a traditional Aeolian style villa. Facing the front yard is a wooden awning supported by Aeolian style pillars called 'pulera'. The seafront terrace overlooking the Vulcano Island is surrounded by a low-rising platform called 'bisola' delicately adorned with Sicilian ceramic tiles. The house is surrounded by 1500 square metres of garden space.

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.
