Vivi Cagliari da una prospettiva privilegiata, in un elegante attico recentemente ristrutturato, che combina comfort moderno e fascino storico. A pochi passi dal Bastione Saint Remy vicino a ristoranti tipici e boutique esclusive. Ampia terrazza di 100 mq con vista mozzafiato sui tetti di Cagliari e sul Golfo degli Angeli, ideale per relax e cene all’aperto. Ambienti luminosi e arredati con stile soggiorno con vetrate scorrevoli, cucina attrezzata e camere accoglienti per un riposo perfetto.

Alloggio luminoso che si affaccia in un'elegante via del centro storico, in piena atmosfera iglesiente. Al mattino il profumo del pane appena sfornato si mescola ai sapori delle botteghe alimentari locali, mentre i manufatti di abili artigiani raccontano storie di tradizione e maestria. Tutto, intorno, è intriso di storia, in primis le chiese che danno il nome alla città. Innumerevoli gli scorci pittoreschi, da scoprire mentre si passeggia per scegliere in quale locale provare la cucina tipica.

Affittiamo appartamento di 85mq nel bellissimo e tranquillo paesino di Nebida (CI). La casa ha una cucina super accessoriata con lavastoviglie, una piccola sala da pranzo, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali, un balcone con tavolino per poter cenare o pranzare all'aperto con una vista mare mozzafiato + barbecue a portata di mano. La sala da pranzo ed una camera da letto sono climatizzate. La spiaggia di Masua e Portu Cauli distano ca. 5min.

Villa Arenada is considered a real gem among the luxury complex of villas designed by the archistar Massimiliano Fuksas. In fact this cozy and charming property has been defined by Fuksas as the most beautiful one. The truthful elements of beauty and wild nature of Southern Sardinia are depicted in the essence of the harmonious architecture and interior design that inspired Fuksas collection of villas. Therefore he has called them: “Houses as sculptures to live in”.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Independent flat, with pool and terrace

Entire apartment with independent access, equipped with swimming pool, private parking and garden in a very quiet and peaceful area, 5 minutes by car from the center, and 10 minutes by car from the main beaches. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of two bedrooms with queen-size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room area with a double sofa bed. It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.
