House of Calma is a boutique guesthouse tucked into the peaceful fisherman village of Porto Brandão, just a 10-minute boat ride from Lisbon city center and a short drive to the Atlantic beaches of Costa da Caparica. Here, calm lives between the energy of the city and the rhythm of the ocean. We create soulful spaces for slow living - places that feels grounded, warm, and thoughtful. With only six fully equipped apartments, our house is intimate by design. Each apartment includes a fully furnished kitchen, while the bathroom offers clean towels and complimentary cleaning products. All beds are five-star, extra-comfortable, carefully chosen to ensure a truly restful stay. Our aesthetic is inspired by the ocean and shaped by nature. You’ll find natural materials, earthy tones, and soft light throughout - a blend of Atlantic textures and coastal simplicity. Every detail is designed to feel honest, raw, and quietly beautiful. Outside your door, a lush garden filled with native plants wraps around the house. Mornings come with birdsong through the window.
