Close to the local market and shops, my place is perfect to blend in with the locals, but provide you with an oasis in the sky to regenerate from everyday life, while enjoying Cagliari at 360º.

Il mio alloggio si trova al centro di Cagliari in ottima posizione, al secondo piano di un palazzo signorile con ascensore. Sarai vicino al cuore pulsante della città ma in una zona tranquilla. Nel raggio di 200 metri trovi tutti i servizi di cui puoi avere bisogno come market, ristoranti e pizzerie, banche, palestre, farmacie. Il mio appartamento è ideale per coppie, viaggiatori solitari e chi viaggia per lavoro. Ci sono tutti i comfort e l'occorrente per preparare un buon caffè e un tè caldo.

Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. Da qui sarà possibile raggiungere agilmente e in pochi minuti a piedi i principali punti di interesse della città (Bastione, Anfiteatro, Musei), nonché la stazione dei treni e il porto di Cagliari.

Villa Celeste, privacy sport and relaxation. Built in 1960, is an exclusive villa in Cagliari just 5 minutes drive from the city center. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

La casa ha al suo interno le mura della città, costruite nel 1500. The house is located in the heart of the historical center, in a small square close to the shopping streets. 10 minutes walking from the station (connected to the airport). Inside the house there are the walls of the old city.

From here, you're a few minutes walk to monuments, the museums, the port, pubblic gardens, train/bus stations, multifloor parking. Practical, quiet, minimalistic, essential. Ideal for those searching for comfortable vacation in town, a few steps away from the sea.
