Uncontaminated nature & silence and a wide choice of excursions in the surroundings with art, history, borghi and traditions. 20 minutes from Saturnia and 30 from the beaches of Capalbio

Stunning new house with amazing sea view and pool

The house features a stunning view on the sea, the two ports, the mountain and the Spanish Fortess. On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

Spese da pagare in loco in base al consumo legna 8€ a cassetta Gpl 6€ a metro cubo elettricità 0,36 a kw. Sarà fornita legna per un barbecue e un bagno caldo nella hot tub gratis.

Traumhafte Weitsicht auf Podere Carpineta

Podere Carpineta ist ein über 100-jähriges Bauernhaus, etwas ausserhalb von Stribugliano auf 650 müM gelegen, mitten in einem unberührten Naturparadies. Das Haus ist umgeben von 36 Hektaren Land mit spektakulärer Aussicht bis zum Meer, an klaren Tagen bis nach Korsika. Carpineta ist nicht weit entfernt von den schönsten Dörfern und Sehenswürdigkeiten der südlichen Toskana. Das Natursteinhaus wurde kürzlich komplett neu ausgebaut, eingerichtet und mit der neusten Wohntechnik ausgestattet.

Argentario: Villa vista mare

Villa rurale, realizzata in marmo e pietre locali, in terreno terrazzato a sbalzo sul mare con vista aerea sull'Isola del Giglio. Il terreno è arredato e attrezzato e prevede angoli ombrosi per la lettura, piscina, prati con lettini per prendere il sole, terrazze panoramiche, docce esterne, barbecue e tavolo da pranzo esterno. La casa è composta da salotto con camino, 5 camere per 10 posti letto (4 matrimoniali e 1 doppia), 4 bagni (1 vasca, 3 docce), cucina attrezzata e patio interno.

Villa in pietra con piscina

La villa in pietra è isolata e immersa nel verde dei boschi. Qua troverete pace, privacy, silenzio e natura incontaminata. Questo è il luogo ideale per una vacanza di riposo. La villa è stata costruita nella metà del 1800 dal mio bisnonno. Poi nel corso degli anni è stata restaurata, migliorata, mantenendo sempre il classico stile toscano. Ci troviamo tra la Val d'Orcia, il Monte Amiata e il mare. Ci troviamo a 870m s.l.m. La villa dista circa 15 minuti di macchina da Arcidosso.

Nel cuore della Val d’Orcia, circondato da dolci colline e uliveti a perdita d’occhio, Poggio fra gli Ulivi offre la perfetta combinazione di comfort e relax.
