Stunning new house with amazing sea view and pool

The house features a stunning view on the sea, the two ports, the mountain and the Spanish Fortess. On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

Un'oasi di tranquillità circondata dalla natura con vista mozzafiato sull'isola del Giglio Villetta panoramica, bifamiliare, con giardino attrezzato. Accesso al mare alle cale 300 mt dalla cala di Mare Morto e ad 1 km dalla cala delle Cannelle raggiungibili sia a piedi che in auto. Villino "alla vigna" è tutto quello che si può desiderare per una vacanza da sogno . Per raggiungere la casa occorrerà fare 2 km di strada di campagna per poi rimanere senza fiato per la vista che si andrà a vedere. Mare, costa, isole, cielo e macchia mediterranea ti avvolgeranno completamente donandoti momenti indimenticabili . la casa autonoma e accogliente, con veranda e giardino , renderà confortevole il tuo soggiorno e potrai essere spettatore e protagonista di tramonti mozzafiato

Villa Sveva is a large and delightful villa just outside Porto Santo Stefano, facing the sea and the splendid Tuscan islands. The villa houses two apartments on two floors. The Vietri Apartment is in an independent wing of the villa, in one of the most panoramic points of the Argentario. Elegantly decorated with Vietri ceramics (hence the name) and surrounded by a large park with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, the apartment has two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and panoramic terrace.

La mia casa è situata in pieno centro storico e si affaccia sulla piazzetta della chiesa a due passi dal lungomare di Porto S. Stefano. La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

Vivi con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante con una splendida vista sul mare all’ombra degli ulivi. Piccola luminosa e confortevole casa con camera matrimoniale, salotto con divano letto, cucina super attrezzata e bagno con doccia! Perfetta per due persone che amano il mare e la vita lenta! Ampio terrazzo attrezzato e parcheggio all’interno della proprietà. Dimentica di avere la macchina e scendi a piedi per raggiungere le piccole spiagge sotto casa

Cozy independent house in the countryside just outside Porto Ercole. Located only a few steps away from the historic center and the shops. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two couches and a dining table. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There are two bathroom. There is a veranda with a marble dining table, a sofa and some deck chairs. Outside the house there is a big barbecue and a wood oven.
