Wood Cottage

The Cottage is made of both wood and traditional cement with stucco siding. It is tucked into the wood by the stream at the end of the property. It features a large central room with exposed beams, working wood-burning fireplace, ample living area, galley kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and one bath with a shower. The wooden fence delimits the area for exclusive use. Then there is the garden of over two hectares with the natural swimming pool available to our guests. We have two dogs.

The small villa lies in a welcoming environment, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of plants and olive trees.

Renovated and tastefully furnished, the cottage is very close to the marina in Marina di Grosseto and only 50 meters far away from the sea and the beaches. It lies in a quiet, very valued and pleasant residential area. The house is centrally placed on the property and is framed by a small lawn. On both sides, the front and the back of the house guests find a covered terrace.

In this house nothing is ordinary, you will not find cold Swedish furniture, but every detail, every piece of furniture has a story behind it.
