A charming old townhouse, fully renovated to the highest standard, with stunning sea and mountain views from the 25 sqm terrace. The house is located just behind the main street, Calle Miguel, in the picturesque Old Town, just a stone's throw from the beautiful church at the square. The house is fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On the terrace, you'll find a dining table with chairs, sun loungers, and a lounge sofa for relaxing moments

Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. The house includes 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2 of them en suite. There is an annex bedroom with 2 sofa beds and a sink, but no toilet. Guests must use the bathroom in the pool area or the main house.
