Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Requests to use the house for other purposes like weddings/photos etc must be approved prior to booking. With direct access to the river and no fencing, it’s unsuitable for pets or small children. Our cosy one bedroom one bathroom studio accommodation has easy access and is centrally located on Hobart's eastern shore, just 5 minutes (4.5 klms) drive from the CBD and and 3 minutes drive (15 min walk) to local shopping centres. Beautiful views of Mount Wellington, the Tasman Bridge and Hobart's suburbs this studio is well appointed with a queen size bed, kitchenette, refrigerator and air conditioning.
