Le Gîte des Vins Fins

Logement entièrement rénové au 1er et 2ème étage d'une maison idéalement située dans l'intramuros de Mons (5 minutes à pied de la Grand Place et une dizaine de minutes de la gare). Il se compose au 1er étage d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salon disposant d'un canapé-lit. Le 2ème étage comprend une chambre avec lit queen size de 2 personnes, une salle de bain et une pièce mansardée avec un lit 2 personnes. Le logement est non fumeur. Pas de fête autorisée

Luminous renovated 75m², high ceilings and very charming apartment with a sophisticated decoration and in the heart of the trendy Chatelain area (close to Louise and his high standing shops). The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.
