Complete with its own private entrance and personal garage - our ground floor suite is your own private domain. There is one king bed, one queen bed, and a comfy sectional couch. Enjoy a small kitchenette for simple cooking inside, and an alfresco BBQ for bigger cooking. There is plenty of living space inside and out! A new washer/dryer unit will take care of all the pool towels used!

Newly renovated barn on a quiet rural road yet close to all the attractions of Southern Litchfield County. The light-filled barn has two large patio doors into a substantial living and entertaining area with a large sectional sofa-bed, a dining table for 10 and adjacent kitchen area with an island. There is a downstairs washroom. A large light-filled upstairs sleeping area has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside is a patio dining area and parking in a dedicated driveway.

Enjoy full independence with your own kitchen, bathroom, and living room, plus a private entrance through the garage. Step into the sunny backyard to relax in the outdoor chairs or use the grill. You’ll also have access to a bright sunroom with a ping-pong table for fun. The apartment is fully equipped — coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and more — so you can settle in and feel right at home.

Welcome to The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm, a one bedroom, one bath cottage located on a 16 acre working Christmas tree farm bordered by 155 acres of protected land trust with marked hiking trails. Conveniently located to I-84, shopping, local farms, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and Heritage Village. Please note that we allow pets (dogs only) and have a limit of two. **Access to the 2nd floor bedroom is a steep and open staircase** (see interior photo listed under Laundry)

Sticks and Stones Farm offers a rustic glamping experience! When you stay with us you'll get the adventure and fun of camping (no electricity, outdoor showers etc.) while still getting to lay your head on a soft pillow in a bed. You can treat your stay here as a chance to go inward or enjoy interacting with the different programs and events going on! Welcome to our Lakeview Retreat. We're just steps from a quiet 130-acre spring-fed lake and 1.5 hours from midtown Manhattan. Enjoy stunning views, swimming, kayaking, and nature trails. Inside, relax in a cozy space with a well-equipped kitchen and comfy seating. No motorboats or jet skis—just peace, nature, and the perfect place to unwind, explore, or recharge. And we just added a dishwasher and a washer-dryer!
