Cozy, quiet & comfortable space; especially for those traveling for work. Quick highway access and an easy drive to area hospitals and many businesses. Safe & quiet area. You are the only guest in the home and I am the only resident. The space, in the finished basement, includes a living, workspace, bedroom, full bath, and kitchenette. Laundry is also in the basement and I access it only during predetermined hours to maximize your privacy. I have two cats that do not enter the guest area.

For any two guests needing separate sleeping arrangements there is a chair-lounger-bed (twin size) available with provided bedding. NOTE: The bathroom has a sloped ceiling, as pictured. if you are very tall, it may be uncomfortable.

My place is close to the airport, multiple colleges, family-friendly activities, public transport. You’ll love my place because of the quiet privacy, the people, the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. They do not go into your space. Patrick is a feisty 15 lb pup and JR. is our doodle puppy. Many great restaurants in the area.

First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.
