We are conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown, Bryan Park, and The B-Line Trail, 1 mile to IU Campus, 1.8 miles to Assembly Hall, and 3.5 miles to IU Hospital. Our beloved luxury apartment is one of the nicest places to stay in town. Cozy Lakeside Cabin at Lake Lemon

Wonderful cozy home nestled by Lake Lemon, near Bloomington Indiana. Charming cottage built on iconic Kirkwood Ave just blocks to the Square and the best of everything Bloomington has to offer. IU, restaurants, bars, shops, breweries, B-Line mere minutes away. The home has a town-and-country vibe with ample natural light and farmhouse style, large backyard, patio and grill, off-street parking in driveway for 2 cars, and bus stop next door. Pristine 2BR House Steps from Downtown!

It's an adorable home in historic Prospect Hill. Our house is steps from downtown, Switchyard Park, the B-Line, and Kirkwood. It has tons of light, lots of space to gather, brand new HVAC, and super fast WiFi! There is a private parking lot in the back of the house. The front has a small porch and the back has a brand new, large deck. A tree line provides privacy from Second Street in the back.

Located on Lake Monroe, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath house with a kids loft, and reading room with futon is the ideal place for a couples retreat or family vacation. With 60 acres of family property, mowed field and lake access. Come enjoy the serenity of nature. The estate manager lives 200 yards away in a separate house.
