Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

Oak Croft is a two-bedroom, self-contained get-away, perfectly positioned to relax and explore the stunning countryside, but close to Leominster, Hereford and other pretty market towns and villages, including Weobley where parts of the critically acclaimed Hamnet was filmed.

The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Little Barn is tucked away in the heart of Hereford's famous apple orchards, close to golf courses, walks & cycle routes, with a fabulous village pub just a stroll away. Comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a relaxing bath, a log burner... everything you need for a country break with friends or family - or a solo escape! Despite the rural location, the historic city of Hereford is only 5 miles away, with Ledbury, Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow, and the rolling Brecon Beacons & Malvern Hills nearby.

Countryside retreat

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

Sitting in a field amongst the vivid greens of the Shropshire hills on an expanse of decking where you can open up the bifold doors and bring the outside in and enjoy the deliciously warm hot tub.

The Servants' Quarters, An Edwardian gem.

The Servants' Quarters is a newly restored, unique self catering accommodation located in Leominster Town Centre. Originally the servants quarters of an impressive historic house, the apartment has been expertly restored to its former Edwardian glory, complete with servants bells and a fully equipped retro kitchen. The apartment can sleep up to 4 in genuine Edwardian brass beds. Leominster is close to walking routes and surrounded by the gently rolling hills of North Herefordshire.
