Two bedroom cottage, with 16th century fireplace.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Le Parc 79 - Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. Due to the historic nature of the property it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Les 50m2 de la piscine chauffée, le jardin (patio ombragé, pelouse et table de pic-nique), la salle de loisirs (billard, ping-pong, baby foot et jeux pour enfants), accessibles à tous vous apporteront détente et relaxation La diversité des activités à proximité (Puy du fou, mer, Marais Poitevin, saut élastique, zoo, forêt de Mervent, parc d’attraction) séduira tout le monde.

Dans un écrin de verdure nous proposons un loft calme, chaleureux, autonome, à quelques pas du centre-ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces et 20' à pied de la gare SNCF. Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).

Disconnect at our quiet, rural cottage. Puy du Fou (45 min), Futuroscope (1 hour) Pescalis (20 min), Marais Poitevin (1 hour) and La Rochelle (1hr30), Parthenay for FLIP festival (20 mins) golfing in nearby Bressuire (15min) along with many other sights within the golden triangle of the region, an ideal base to come and relax after a days adventures. Price is inclusive of bedding/towels & a welcome basket with supplies for your first nights stay, no extra charges.

Le Lavoir @ La Charpenterie

New to the market for 2024, an historic, refurbished self-catering gîte for two in rural France, with the original laundry features intact. It offers a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and a private patio. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. If you need anything, just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Les Croisettes - Charming French 16th Century Farm

Relax in the rustic elegance of our tranquil 16th century farm in the heart of Vendée's countryside. Ideally located for local attractions, including le Puy du Fou (30 mins), le Marais Poitevin (30mins), la Forêt Domaniale de Mervent-Vouvant (25mins) and Vendee's stunning coastline (50mins), with La Rochelle and Les Sables-d'Olonne only an hour away. Also enjoy kilometres of cycling and footpaths on our doorstep.

Take a break and unwind at this peacefully charming detached cottage in private grounds with picturesque views. The gite is full of charm with character wooden beams and stone walls. Refreshingly cool in hot summer months and warm and cosy in cooler months. Outside boasts its own private pool (May till September, please request outside of these dates. Price will differ), bbq and dining area.

Notre logement se situe à 1H30 du Futuroscope, 1H 15 de La Rochelle et des plages, et 20 min du Marais Poitevin. Un lieu de halte idéal pour sillonner la région !
