"O beata solitudo, o sola beatitudo" Immerso nella tranquillità della natura e a pochi metri dalla Fonte Annorsi e la sua preziosa acqua sorgiva, il "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" era una stalla per le pecore.Dopo anni di abbandono, riconvertita ad uso residenziale e ricettivo, ha trovato una seconda vita grazie ad una sapiente ristrutturazione che, pur nel rispetto del contesto, si è avvalsa delle più recenti tecnologie come ad esempio l’impianto termico a pavimento o la struttura ventilata del tetto

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Local trullari masters have revived this magical place using local techniques and materials. The result is a private property where you can spend a real experience. From the zero-km fruit and vegetables of our organic garden to the jogging path in the countryside where there are 1950 native plants and 45 olive trees. From the intimate SPA usable in both summer and winter to the majestic gazebo allocated on the farmyard where once the wheat was beaten. Alberobello is only 1.5 km away.

Situato in Penisola Sorrentina (Na), il Bella Vista House offre uno spettacolare terrazzo a picco sul mare, da dove si ammirano le isole del golfo Capri, Ischia e Procida! La casa è suddivisa su due livelli, con ingresso, bagno, cucina completa, zona living con divano letto (2 posti), terrazzo attrezzato, al secondo livello collegato da scala a chiocciola, c'è una grande camera con letto matrimoniale e ampia finestra sul mare. Splendida villa indipendente su un terreno di circa un ettaro, con uliveti, quercia secolare e vista incantevole sul verde della Valle Roveto. Posto ideale per rilassarsi immersi nella natura, per lunghe passeggiate a piedi ed in bicicletta, escursioni a cavallo, visite agli eremi. A pochi Km: Sora, l'incantevole cascata di Isola del Liri, lago di Posta Fibreno, riserva naturale Zompo lo Schioppo, parco della Sponga, il castello di Balsorano, i cunicoli di Claudio e Alba Fucens.

Casa Tuti is down from the main road,only accessible by a 10 minutes walk and some steps, located in the fishermen area of the villageof Praiano, in an extremely quiet area. Surrounded by local properties and wonderful vegetable gardens, we all grow our own produce of the season. The view from the house is 180 degrees, from Positano to the right to the Isola de Li Galli in front, at the horizon Capri and the Faraglioni rocks, to the Amalfi Coast Peninsula back to Casa Tuti.

L'appartamento è ubicato al primo piano di una villa con vista sull'intero golfo ed immersa in un tipico giardino sorrentino tra limoni, aranci ed ulivi secolari; dispone di bagno privato, cucina attrezzata, balcone con vista sul limoneto; gli ospiti potranno utilizzare liberamente gli spazi esterni ed il solarium. E' raggiungibile dalla centralissima Piazza Tasso (1,2 km) sia in auto sia in moto in 5 minuti ed a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Il parcheggio è gratuito.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
