Welcome to our fantastic newly renovated 3 bedroom home located in Dorking. Beautifully presented throughout, this self catering home benefits from an open plan fully equipped kitchen / lounge / diner with patio doors leading out to the courtyard which has its own outdoor dining area, which is well lit and full of gorgeous foliage. Modern bathroom with shower. Ample parking. Good local pub within walking distance and several others a short drive away.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
