The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

The Coach House

The Coach House is a totally unique property, nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Chobham Common. Spread over two floors, this charming accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen, & a utility room. We are offering our lovely pool house in beautiful surroundings in the heart of Surrey. Nestled between our wonderful pond and stunning pool, which is heated from May to October, our pool house is perfect for relaxing, taking in nature and chilling out. There is a hot tub available all year round. This is separate from our beautiful lodge and benefits from free parking. The pond and waterfall is just perfect to sit and reflect or picnic by.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Need a weekend get away, a luxury break, a 'work from home in the woods' - Cranleigh Hideaway is for you. A newly refurbished property, set in stunning grounds in the woods just outside Cranleigh. Cranleigh Hideaway property is a separate Annex on a property surrounded by woods, with no neighbours on a property that was previously owned by an Arborist - its simply stunning.
