Casa dei Marmi is a wonderful apartment located in the historical Palazzo Colella, Madonnella district, a stone's throw from the sea and the wonderful old city center of Bari. It is equipped with every comfort, a balcony overlooking the sea and access to the solarium terrace (jun-sept 18+). Living room and bathroom are decorated with arabesque marble from the Apuan Alps, while the bedroom retains the historic floors. The apartment, unique in its kind, also benefits from a natural cooling system.

Le scale che conducono alla Suite e poi al terrazzo sono quelle tipiche del centro storico! Un po’ ripide alla vista, ma dotate di idonea illuminazione e doppio passamano!

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Il mio alloggio è un monolocale indipendente, molto luminoso, situato accanto alla casa in cui vivo con mio marito ed un gatto, si trova in un palazzo di fine 800, ubicato nel cuore pulsante del borgo antico, è stato ristrutturato di recente , conservando il bellissimo pavimento in cementine decorate, una caratteristica delle case d'epoca della nostra zona;
