Desert Jewel modern home close to the river.

Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. This is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund. Only a short 10 minute walk to the river. The best place to stay in Bullhead City (Tri-Stare area). Internet Speed: 350MPS

Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Desert Oasis - near the river

Relax into the slow pace desert life in our brand new desert home, designed + decorated with love. Traveling with kids? Our Desert Oasis has 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy some family time in the AC watching Netflix on our 70’ TV. We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. Looking for some adult fun instead, we are 20 mins from the casinos in Laughlin, Nevada.

Historic Railroad House

Needles is slow paced with access to the mighty Colorado River rarely crowded. There’s sandy beaches and sunshine! Ride bikes around this historic town and check out the sights on Route 66 as well as The El Garces train depot just a few blocks away. Our home has extra street parking if you have a boat in tow. Enjoy food delivery including River City Pizza, just a short distance away. We welcome travelers to enjoy a restful stay in this quiet neighborhood just off of the highway.

Welcome to our Desert Oasis. We have the perfect spot for you!! Enjoy a day at the lake, an afternoon on a Razor or a night at the casino our home is the spot to enjoy the beauty of Arizona desert. Enjoy Netflix on 80in TV or lounge in the volleyball pool(3.5 sides/5ft middle). BBQ and dine under covered patio. Friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. This Great River Home is situated one row back from the River, in the upscale Palo Verde Neighborhood. Our Neighborhood has a private Boat Ramp & Private Beach (Great for kids) . Neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Just 15 min from Lake Mohave, 5 min to Rotary Park , and close to the airport, and everything else Bullhead City/Laughlin area has to offer. House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is centrally located. Within walking distance to accessible water access. Close to Parks and Casino. Open floor plan with central Air , Sleeps up to 7 people (Max) .Gas barbecue outside on those hot days. Industrial ICE maker. Brand new mist water system installed in back yard to cool down on those beautiful desert nights. Super fast wifi mesh speed booster system.

Golden Shores Co River Lk Havasu Sense Of Eternity

950 square feet double wide manufactured home on 8,712 sq ft lot. 3 bedrooms(note 3 bedroom doesn't have a closet but master closet is a giant walk-in). The place is basic, but comfortable. Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people. If you bring cots, sleeping bags, kitchenware camping mats, etc, you can have more ppl.
